Hurls are made from a natural material and, although every effort is made to produce the highest quality hurl, they are innately a non-uniform product and their lifespan is unpredictable.
Jordan Hurls will not issue refunds for any hurls that are used, marked, altered or broken.
If a customer wants to return a hurl that is unused and unaltered an exchange may be issued upon direct inspection at the workshop with the receipt within 14 days from when you received the hurl.
If returning a hurl via post/courier please allow sufficient time for the transit of the hurl within the 14 days.
Please note it can take up to 5 days to process your order in store, and up an additional 2 days for posting to anywhere in Ireland. We will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible depending on stock levels.
We do our utmost to ensure you receive a hurl that meets your specific requirements based on the information we receive.
When you receive your hurl please inspect the hurl immediately for defects and to make sure you are happy with it prior to use or alteration. If you are not happy with the hurl please contact us via telephone or visit to the store during working hours to arrange a direct inspection of the product.
For hurls returned via post please note the price of return shipping will not be refunded. Hurls returned via courier/post are the responsibility of the customer, and Jordan Hurls can not take any responsibility for goods that are lost in transit or damaged in transit. Please ensure to send us the tracking reference number once collected by the courier / post. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

The nature of the information Jordan Hurls require to deal with online orders and customer queries generally involve contact details (such as name, address, and phone number) and payment information (such as credit/debit card information). Please note billing information is not stored in any form and is discarded in a manner to ensure confidentiality after the order has been processed.
